Lakeshore Land and Title is pleased to announce that we have become a part of the Lighthouse Title, Inc. network of offices effective January, 1 2004. We are very excited with this great news and are proud to be a part of the Lighthouse Title family -- a network of title offices serving most of West Michigan. Lighthouse Title also shares our commitment of providing the best possible title and settlement services to customers and clients.

Lighthouse Title, which started with an office in Holland, has expanded extensively over the past few years, opening or acquiring offices in Grand Rapids, Grandville, Grand Haven, Muskegon and Douglas, Michigan. The Ludington, Manistee and Baldwin offices will continue to operate under the name of Lakeshore Land and Title, functioning as a separate division of Lighthouse Title. Lakeshore Land and Title will maintain its' identity as a community title agency with a tradition of providing friendly personalized customer service to local individuals, families and businesses.

The merger will allow the Lakeshore Land and Title offices to achieve operating efficiencies and technology advancements that, acting alone, would have taken several years to implement. In addition, we will be providing our customers and clients with new products and services. Watch for announcements!
