Lakeshore Land and Title is even capable of conducting searches to determine the number of divisions available for a particular parcel under the recently enacted Michigan Land Division Act.

After the title work has been completed, Lakeshore Land and Title will handle all of your escrow and closing needs. An experienced closing staff will see that your closing is scheduled promptly and conducted in a professional manner. New mortgages, broker transactions, or "for sale by owner" closings can be conducted in any of our offices, or if you prefer, in your conference room at your office.
