We are authorized by our underwriters to provide title insurance in eight Michigan counties including; Benzie, Lake, Manistee, Mason, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola and Wexford.

We also offer complete title search services specifically designed for the needs of attorneys, banks, real estate brokers, tax title holders, mineral owners and individuals or companies needing a search of county title records for just about any reason. Lakeshore Land and Title is even capable of conducting searches to determine the number of divisions available for a particular parcel under the recently enacted Michigan Land Division Act.
After the title work has been completed, Lakeshore Land and Title will handle all of your escrow and closing needs. An experienced closing staff will see that your closing is scheduled promptly and conducted in a professional manner. New mortgages, broker transactions, or "for sale by owner" closings can be conducted in any of our offices, or if you prefer, in your conference room at your office.
